AGENDA FOR A MEETING OF THE WATER AND SEWER COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 15th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2026, AT 6:00 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. (a) Discussion and action concerning bids received for dissolved oxygen sensors for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. (b) Report on new quarterly water rates effective December 1, 2026. (c) Discussion and action concerning the proposed Fluoride in Drinking Water survey. (d) Presentation and action concerning proposed 2027 Water Department budget. (e) Presentation and action concerning proposed 2027 Sewer Department budget. (f) Update on the service line project. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
