(b) Discussion and action concerning Resolution 2026-14, a Resolution Providing for the sale of $826,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes to Apple River State Bank. (c) Discussion and action concerning Resolution 2026- 15, a Resolution Adopting the Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan. (d) Discussion and action concerning the following recommendations from the Finance and Personnel Committee: 1. Approve the Interim Police Department staff pay. 9. Reports of Committees.
