AGENDA FOR A HEARING OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW BOARD OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 21st DAY OF JULY, 2026, AT 6:00 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 5. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 6. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)( f) for consideration of financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(2), Wis. Stats., to take possible action regarding financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, and to adjourn the hearing. 7.
