Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 6. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. (a) Presentation of the upcoming retirement of Al Hinderman. (b) Review the job description for the Janitorial/Maintenance Position. (c) Discussion and action if necessary, concerning a request to advertise for the Janitorial/Maintenance position. (d) Review the job description for the Public Works Employee position. (e) Discussion and action if necessary, concerning a request to advertise for the Public Works Employee position. 7. Adjourn the meeting.
