AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, THE 26th DAY OF MARCH, 2026, AT 6:00 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. (a) Discussion and action if necessary, concerning the salary range for the Director of Public Works position. (b) Discussion and action if necessary, concerning a request to advertise for the Director of Public Works position. The Finance & Personnel Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Finance & Personnel Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats. to take possible action regarding employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee, and to adjourn the meeting. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
