(a) Discussion and action, if necessary, concerning the following recommendation for appointment to the Library Board: Ashley McCarville, School District Representative. (a) Discussion and action concerning the conditional use request from Tim and Laurel Taylor for their business, Taylor Hill Gardens, located at 640 Huntington Court, Darlington, WI. (b) Discussion and action concerning the proposed Assumption Agreement between the City of Darlington and Darlington Community Revitalization , Inc., related to a Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Vibrant Spaces grant application. (c) Discussion and action concerning bids received for the replacement of the landfill gas mitigation system blower. 9. Reports of Committees. 10. Adjourn the meeting.
