BCDC RLF Minutes 03-03-2026

City RLF Meeting Minutes MARCH 3RD 2026 Present: Tim Demaster, Emmett Durtschi, Pam Mork, Heather Olson, Terry Przybyl and Shirley Stibb Absent: Peter Mauel Also Present : Tim Ludolph, Marie Reilly and Jessi Balcom Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Demaster at 7:00 AM. RLF Manual. Ludolph presented the information regarding this item, asking the BCDC to recommend amendment of the City RLF Manual updating the contact administrator to Marie Reilly as has functionally been the case, Demaster motioned to recommend amendment of the City RLF Manual updating the contact administrator to Marie Reilly as proposed to the Berlin Common Council. Przybyl seconded the motion which passed by voice vote. Old Business There was no Old Business to discuss. New Business There was no New Business to discuss. The next meeting will be held on March 31 st 2026 at 7AM in the Council Chambers. Przybyl made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 AM, Stibb seconded the motion.
