City RLF Meeting Minutes NOVEMBER 25 TH 2025 Present: Tim Demaster Emmett Durtschi, Peter Mauel, Pam Mork, Heather Olson Shirley Stibb and Terry Przybyl Absent: Sue Hietpas and Josh Nigbor Also Present : Tim Ludolph, Jessi Balcom and Marie Reilly Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Demaster at 7:23 AM. October 28 th Minutes Mork made a motion to accept the minutes for October 28 th 2025 as amended. Durtschi seconded the motion which passed by voice vote. Old Business For Old Business Mauel initiated an open question if the Small Cities CDBG RLF account is allowed to accumulate more interest than it currently does. Staff will review and prepare for discussion at the January 6 th RLF meeting. New Business Demaster reiterated, as the loan is relevant to this meeting. Fox River Pallet ought to be prepared for discussion at the January 6 th RLF meeting regarding New Subordination and potential refinancing. The next meeting will be held on January 6 th 2026 at 7AM in the Council Chambers. Demaster made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 AM, Przybyl seconded the motion.
