(c) Discussion and action concerning an exemption request received regarding Ordinance 12.015 Residency and Loitering Restrictions for Sex Offenders. (d) Discussion and action concerning bids received for the Walnut Ridge Subdivision Project. (e) Presentation of the Plat for the Walnut Ridge Subdivision. (f) Discussion and action concerning a cash farm lease contract for cropland for land the City owns within the City’s TID. (g) Discussion and action concerning the following recommendations from the Finance and Personnel Committee: 1. Updates to the City of Darlington Employee Handbook. (h) Discussion and action concerning the following recommendations from the Plan Commission: 1. Certified survey map approval request from the Driver Opera House. 2. Approval of Resolution 2026-04, a Resolution Approving Tax Increment District No. 8 Boundary & Project Plan Amendment No. 2.
