Meeting Minutes
OCTOBER 28TH 2025
Present: Emmett Durtschi, Sue Hietpas, Peter Mauel, Pam Mork, Heather Olson
Absent:, Tim Demaster, Shirley Stibb, Josh Nigbor and Terry Przybyl
Also Present: Tim Ludolph, Jessi Balcom and Marie Reilly
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Mauel at 7:00 AM.
September 30th Minutes
Mork made a motion to accept the minutes for September 30h 2025 as presented. Hietpas
seconded the motion which passed by voice vote.
Old Business
Peter Mauel briefly discussed Hypro is for sale.
New Business
There was no new business to discuss.
The next meeting will be held on November 25th 2025 at 7AM in the Council Chambers.
Mork made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 AM, Hietpas seconded the motion.
