City of Berlin Tourism Commission Minutes Sept 10 2025 • Meeting called to order at 5:01 • Roll Call: Present were Joel Bruessel, Janet Broesch, Andi Rogers, Mary Kubiak, Sue Trampf, Michelle Omichinski • Motion to approve April minutes by Andi, Janet seconded. All in favor • General public comments – None • Financial reports reviewed – $5418.01 o Joel motions to approve, Janet seconds, all in favor • Un on the Fox and Discover Advertisements o Discussion to surround advertising for 2026 • GLCVB o No dues for 2026 membership noted • Fall Grant Applications o Discussion of applications. Action in October. • Grant Reports o Accept and closed ABC group grant on tracker • Next meeting set for October 8th at 5 pm. • Motion to adjourn by Sue at 5:45 pm, second by Janet All in favor.
