City RLF Meeting Minutes SEPTEMBER 30 TH 2025 Present: Tim Demaster, Peter Mauel, Pam Mork, Heather Olson and Terry Przybyl Absent: Emmett Durtschi, Sue Hietpas, Shirley Stibb, and Josh Nigbor Also Present : Tim Ludolph and Marie Reilly Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Demaster at 7:23 AM. September 9 th Minutes Przybyl made a motion to accept the minutes for September 9 th 2025 as presented. Mork seconded the motion which passed by voice vote. August 2025 Financial Mork made a motion to approve the Financial Statements as they were presented. Demasterseconded the motion, which was approved by a voice vote. Old Business There was no old business to discuss. New Business There was no new business to discuss. The next meeting will be held on October 28 th 2025 at 7AM in the Council Chambers.
