SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES September 22nd, 2026 A special meeting of the Argyle Village board was held on Tuesday, September 22 nd, 2026 at the Argyle Government Building located at 321 East Milwaukee Street. The meeting was called to order by President Joe Schutte a t 5:22PM. Proper posting of the meeting was acknowledged. Roll call was taken with Ploessl absent. Approval of the minutes was waived until the regular monthly meeting in October. King motioned to approve the agenda, Helfvogt seconded, motion carried. The board discussed th e comments made by Johnson Block on the 2025 Audit Report. Brightspeed has inquired with the Village about attachments to electric poles as they plan to begin their fiber internet installation project. The attachment agreement and rates were discussed, and it was determined the attachment fee, yearly rental fee, and agreement should be updated. Helfvogt motioned to meet and negotiate this change, King seconded, motion carried. A roll-call vote was taken to enter closed session at 6:20PM: King - yes, Helfvogt – yes, Rossing – yes, Monahan – yes, Schutte – yes, motion carried.
