2026 Non Partisan Caucus Minutes

CAUCUS PROCEEDINGS VILLAGE OF ARGYLE, WISCONSIN The caucus for the Village of Argyle was held on Tuesday, January 6th, 2025, at the Argyle Community Building chaired by Village Clerk Sandra Flannery. The caucus was called to order by Flannery at 9:00 a.m. Present for this year’s caucus were Sandra Flannery, Mallory McGuire, and Joe Schutte. There are four positions that are two-year seats up for this year’s election. If a primary is needed the date will be February 17th, 2026. The Spring Election will be held on April 7th, 2026. The seats up for election are Village President Thomas Moore and Trustee Wyatt Webster, Garry Rossing & Lisa Johnson. Sandra Flannery opened nominations for Village President. Joseph Schutte was nominated. There were no other nominations. Flannery made a motion to close the nominations, McGuire seconded, motion carried. Sandra Flannery opened the nominations for Village Trustee. Colton Ploessl, Garry Rossing and Penny Monahan were nominated for trustee positions. There were no other nominations. Schutte made a motion to close the nominations, McGuire seconded motion carried. McGuire made a motion to close the caucus at 9:02 am, McGuire seconded, motion carried.
