Stockton Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes: Town of Stockton Town Board Meeting Special Session Saturday, May 9th, 2026 @ 9:00 AM Town Hall, 7252 6th Street, Custer, WI 1. Call to Order by Charman Mike Bronk at 9:00 AM. Supervisor Terry Johnson and Road Foreman Chris Kizewski were present. Supervisor Jeanne Dodge and Clerk Jennifer Zurawski were excused. One applicant for the Road Crew position was present. 2. Motion (Bronk/Johnson) for the Town Board to enter Closed Session: May enter closed session as allowed by WI State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Town Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Motion carried 2-0. 3. Motion (Johnson/Bronk) for the Town Board to Return to Open Session. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Return to Open Session with possible action on above. Motion (Johnson/Bronk) to hire Michael Wied as a full-time road crew employee, starting approximately June 1 st. Motion carried 2-0. 5. Motion (Bronk/Johnson) to adjourn at 9:26 AM.
