Village of Benton REGULAR BOARD MEETING 244 Ridge Avenue in Benton, WI 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 16th, 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Village Board of the Village of Benton, Wisconsin, will meet Wednesday, March 16th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. for the regular board meeting in the conference room of the Business Incubator at 244 Ridge Avenue. 1. Call to order by the presiding officer 2. Roll call. If a quorum is not present, the meeting will be adjourned to a specified date 3. Report by the Village Deputy Clerk, Tasha Blindert regarding compliance with the open meeting law 4. Reading, correction, and approval of minutes of the regular meeting held February 16th, 2022, special meeting held March 1st, 2022, and special meeting held March 8th, 2022. 5. Hear citizens requesting to address the Board 6. Communications and consultant reports 7. Reports of Village employees – Tasha Blindert and Eric Mowry 8. Committee Reports 9. Unfinished business of the previous meeting 10. New Business a) Pay rate and hours for summer help b) Discussion and possible approval of Lafayette County Housing’s offer to purchase 150 Whaley court c) Information only - spring leaf & brush pick up - April 11-15, supervised burn dates - April 3-17, hydrant flushing - May 2-6 11.
