Minutes: Town of Stockton Public Hearing 2026 Town of Stockton Comprehensive Plan & Town Zoning Map Amendments Monday, December 22nd, 2025 @ 6:30 PM Town Hall, 7252 6th St, Custer, WI 54423 1. Call to Order by Chairman Mike Bronk at 6:30pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor Jeanne Dodge and Clerk Jennifer Zurawski were in attendance. Supervisor Terry Johnson and Treasurer Sandy Walters had excused absences. 9 Members of the public were present. 2. Motion (Dodge/Bronk) to approve Agenda for December 22nd, 2025. Motion carried 2-0. 3. Motion (Dodge/Bronk) to Open the Public Hearing. Roll Call was taken for Chairman Bronk and Supervisor Dodge. All were in attendance. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Ordinance to Amend the Town of Stockton 2016 Comprehensive Plan – Chairman Bronk took a moment to recognize the hard work that was put into these updates by not only the Town of Stockton Plan Commission Board but also Portage County Planning and Zoning members. Their guidance and help through this process was much appreciated. Chairman Bronk explained to those in attendance the purpose of the Plan Commission board and how they took a few chapters each month to look over, discuss, and re-evaluate the plan with Portage County. This process has been going on for over the past year and a half. They made changes based on the Portage County’s recommendations where they saw fit. Let the Record Show there were no comments. 5. Discussion/ Possible Action on Town of Stockton Zoning Map Amendments – Motion (Dodge/Bronk) to follow the recommendations and changes made by the Plan Commission board and Portage County regarding the Trzebiatowski and Molle parcels. Motion carried 2-0. 6. Motion (Dodge/Bronk) to Close the Public Hearing. Motion carried 2-0. 7. Motion (Dodge/Bronk) to adjourn the public hearing at 6:43pm. Motion carried 2-0.
