NOTICE OF MEETING OF
BOARD OF CANVASSERS
DATE: April 7, 2021 Time: 8:00 a.m. Place: Council Chambers
City Hall, 700 Edison St.
Business to be as follows:
1) The Board of Canvassers will meet to canvass the votes cast for the offices of
Mayor and Alderpersons for Wards 1, 2, 5, 7, and 9 at the April 6, 2021 Spring
Election.
2) If necessary to process Provisional Ballots, the Board of Canvassers will recess
and reconvene on Friday, April 9, 2021, at 4:00 p.m.
3) If no Provisional Ballots, the Board of Canvassers will adjourn.
It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the
municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be
taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body
specifically referred to above in this notice.
