CITY OF ANTIGO BOARD OF CANVASSERS AUGUST 12, 2016 The City of Antigo Board of Canvassers was held on Friday, August 12, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, with Kaye Matucheski, Kathie Baginski, and Jean Guse present. Ms. Matucheski noted there were no provisional ballost for the election and two of the outstanding absentee ballots as of election day were returned by 4:00 p.m. deadline. Both absentee ballot envelopes were found to be sufficient. The Board of Canvassers opened the envelopes and tallied the votes cast on tally sheets. Once this was complete, the ballots were secured inside a ballot container, sealed, and signed. The Statement of the Municipal Board of Canvassers and the Record of Activity were completed and signed. The documents that must be returned to the Langlade County Clerk were secured in the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office vault for delivery on Monday, August 15, 2016 The Board of Canvassers adjourned at 4:20 p.m. ______________________________ Kaye M.
