CITY OF ANTIGO BOARD OF CANVASSERS APRIL 8, 2016 The City of Antigo Board of Canvassers was held on Friday, April 8, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, with Kaye Matucheski, Kathie Baginski, and Devota Cromer present. Ms. Matucheski noted there was one provisional ballot for the election and two of the outstanding absentee ballots as of election day were returned by 4:00 p.m. deadline. Both absentee ballot envelopes were found to be sufficient. The Board of Canvassers opened the envelopes and tallied the votes cast on tally sheets. Once this was complete, the ballots were secured inside a ballot container, sealed, and signed. The Statement of the Municipal Board of Canvassers and the Record of Activity were completed and signed. The documents that must be returned to the Langlade County Clerk were secured in the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office vault for delivery on Monday, April 11, 2016 The Board of Canvassers adjourned at 4:40 p.m. ______________________________ Kaye M.
