Stockton Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes: Town of Stockton Town Board Meeting Special Session Monday, November 17th, 2025 @ Immediately following Public Hearing &Town Board Meeting starting at 6:30pm Town Hall, 7252 6th Street, Custer, WI 1. Call to Order by Chairman, Mike Bronk, at 7:22pm. Supervisor Jeanne Dodge, Supervisor Terry Johnson, Clerk Jennifer Zurawski and Attorney Brian G. Formella were in attendance. Treasurer Sandra Walters was not in attendance. No members of the public were present. 2. Motion (Bronk/Johnson) move to approve Agenda for Monday, November 17th, 2025, with the amendment to line item #3 to read “into closed session under s. 1985 (1)(g), Wis State Statue for meeting with legal counsel.” Motion carried 3-0. 3. The board anticipates going into closed session under s. 1985(1)(c), Wis. State Statute to discuss MREA – owned property at Rolling Hills Road and County Highway QQ. Motion (Bronk/Johnson) to go into closed session for meeting with legal counsel, Attorney Brian G. Formella, to discuss MREA property. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Town Board to Return to Open Session with possible action on above – Motion (Bronk/Johnson) to return to open session with the boards decision to take no action on MREA – owned property at Rolling Hills Road and County Highway QQ. Attorney Brian G. Formella confirmed that he will give a courtesy call to MREA Attorney Austin Mogard to let him know the board’s decision. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Motion (Johnson/Bronk) to adjourn the meeting at 7:40pm. Motion carried 3-0.
