FEBRUARY 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board Meeting. Regular Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6pm Central WI Electric Coop Call to Order : Chairman Oksuita called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba-excused, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski. Also present: Walter Leppen, Angela Steinhauer, Dave Reit, Dennis Kaczor, Joe Kaminski Informal Public Comment Time : Dave Reit addressed the Board about the possibility of annexing land into the town. Oksuita informed him that more information is needed. Public Requests for Consideration : None. Approval of the January Meeting Minutes : Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Oksuita to approve the minutes from January 6, 2026. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Approval of Payment of Bills : Financial report was presented. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve payment of the bills as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. RSD Superintendent : Dennis Kaczor discussed the referendum that will be on the Spring Election ballot. Sprinter Business Quote: Quote was presented for back-up and email security for town laptop. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to accept quote from Sprinter Business. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Town Roads Comments & Concerns: Second salt delivery is expected this week. Walter Leppen was present to announce that he was running for County Board Supervisor Seat 25. Next Meeting : Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00pm at CWEC Adjournment: Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to adjourn the meeting at 6:39pm. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried.
