Stevens Point, WI 54482 Total Acreage – 2 Acres Future Land Use – L-3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use Current Zoning A3 Low Density Agriculture (5 Acre Min) The Glodowski’s would like to subdivide a 2-acre lot, including the existing home, from a 45-acre parcel located at 3819 Smokey Road. The parcel is currently zoned A3 Low Density Agricultural, which does not allow for the creation of a lot smaller than 5 acres. Request – Amend the Town of Stockton Comprehensive Plan (Future Land Use Map) to change the Future Land Use designation of 2 acres, included in parcel 034- 23-0901-06.05, from L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to Residential. 5.
