Minutes of Special Town Board Meeting – April 6, 2026 Chairperson Klimek called the special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Schley to order on April 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Schley Town Hall. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call – Klimek, Brown, Leopold, Dallman, and Podeweltz. Verification of posting meeting notices by Town Board. Public comment: None. Sealed bids were opened for road grading on town roads. Forster Trucking & Logging LLC - $110 per hour for town roads west of Town Hall Road. Central Wisconsin Construction LLC - $130 per hour for town roads east of Town Hall Road, including Town Hall Road. Rock Trucking and Grading LLC - $140 per hour for all Town roads. Wisconsin Interstate Contracting LLC - $165 per hour for all Town roads. Motion by Klimek to accept the bid from Forster Trucking & Logging LLC for $110 per hour for town roads west of Town Hall Road and Central Wisconsin Construction LLC for $130 per hour for town roads east of Town Hall Road, including Town Hall Road; 2nd by Leopold. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. Young Conditional Use Permit #26-002 – Seth and Danielle Young to construct a building in a crossroads mixed use zoning district. Property is located at the intersection of County Road C and County Road X. Motion by Leopold, 2nd by Brown to recommend that the County approve the permit with all County, State, and Federal codes to be followed. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. Recommendation will be forwarded to the Lincoln County Land Services Department. There being no further business, motion to adjourn by Leopold, 2nd by Brown. All ayes. Motion carried.
