Town of Schley Plan Commission Meeting Minutes - March 19th, 2026 Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. Commission members present: Brown, Dallman, Polak, Ratajczyk and Welker. Public meeting notice verified by Brown. M/S Polak/Dallman to approve the February 19th meeting minutes. All Ayes. Motion carried. Reports from committee members: * Dallman reported that towns will be notified of a road survey seminar taking place April 17th. *Welker reported on upcoming broadband roundtable meetings for local businesses taking place April 9th and 14th. * There will be a special Town Board meeting April 6th at 6 PM to discuss opening of road grading bids and Young's CUP request. * Welker shared recommendation for a data center resolution with the town board and county land services committee. He is reaching out to other towns for input. Public comment: none Specific matters for discussion: A) M/S Ratajczyk/Brown to approve Young's CUP-26-002 for a garage/shop/storage building on the corner of Cty Rds X and J. Standard conditions required. Roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. B) M/S Dallman/Polak to approve Pfingsten's LUA L-26-047 for a 28' X 52' detached garage at N3686 Cty Rd X. Standard conditions required. Roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. Discussion and possible action for upcoming meeting: none. M/S Brown/Dallman to adjourn the meeting. All Ayes.
