Minutes: Town of Stockton Public Hearing Comprehensive Plan/Future Land Use Ordinance Amendment Monday, October 6th, 2025 @ 6:30 PM Town Hall, 7252 6th St, Custer, WI 54423 1. Call to Order by Chairman Mike Bronk at 6:30pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisor Jeanne Dodge, Supervisor Terry Johnson, Clerk Zurawski were all present. The Treasurer Sandra Walters was not in attendance. 8 members of the public were also present. 2. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to approve Agenda for October 6th, 2025. Motion carried 3-0. 3. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to Open the Public Hearing. Motin carried 3-0. 4. Current Owner – David & Julie Brazeau Parcel ID# 034-24-0927-11 7630 Rolling Hills Road, Custer, WI 54423 Total Acreage – 11.04 Acres Future Land Use – L2 Intermediate Agriculture (10-Acre Min) Current Zoning A2 Agricultural Transition Request – Change Land Use from L2 Intermediate Agriculture to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to split parcel to build a new home Chairman Bronk read the request, minutes, and action taken by the Town of Stockton Plan Commission members on August 14th, 2025. Let the record show there were no comments. 5.
