State Statute to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Town Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. a) Annual Employee Reviews for Full-Time Road Crew 4. Town Board to Return to Open Session with possible action on above. 5. Adjourn **The Town of Stockton Board may discuss and/or act on any item on the agenda.
