Owners –Travis & Katlin Molle 1925 County Road K, Custer WI 54423 The Molle’s would like to operate a Christmas Tree farm on the 11.29 acres Parcel #034394303 (Location: From downtown Custer, head north on Cty Rd K, cross Hwy 10 and it’s the third driveway on the right (east side of road), before the old schoolhouse. Total Acreage – 11.29 acres Future Land Use – Residential Current Zoning R-1 – Rural and Urban Fringe Residence Request – Change Land Use from Residential to L3 (Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use) 4. St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Parish Located at 7176 Esker Road, Custer, WI 54423 Parcel #0343902 Section 32 Request: Special Exception Request by Jim Lundberg P.E. for an addition to St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Church, an existing church. The addition will take place in phases and the project could have a finish date as late as 2035, dependent on funding.
