1. Open meeting and roll call
2. Clerk/Treasurer position discussion prior to interviews
3. The Board will convene into closed session under
State Statutes 19.85 (c) to hold interviews for the Clerk/Treasurer position.
4. Reconvene into open session
5. Discussion/action if any, regarding the appointment of a Clerk/Treasurer.
6. Any other discussion in the filling of the Clerk/Treasurer position.
7. Adjourn
