Open Meeting & Roll Call:
1. The Board will move into Closed Session under State Statutes 19.85(c) to review and discuss
Applications made for the Clerk/Treasurer position.
2. The Board to move into open session.
3. Discussion/action, if any, regarding the next steps in the consideration of filling the
Clerk/Treasurer position.
4. Discussion/action regarding hiring Pepin County to provide the WISLR Street Condition
Report for the State of WI., estimated cost of $100.
5. Adjourn meeting.
