Town of Stockton Board of Review Meeting — Minutes

Minutes: Town of Stockton Board of Review Meeting Thursday, June 5th, 2025 @ 5:00 – 7:00 PM Town Hall, 7252 6th St, Custer, WI 54423 1. Call to Order by Chairman Mike Bronk at 5:00pm. 2. Roll Call was taken. Chairman Mike Bronk, Supervisor Jeanne Dodge, Supervisor Terry Johnson, and Clerk Jennifer Zurawski were all present. Also present was the assessor, Todd Pauls. 3. Motion (Dodge/Johnson) to appoint Chairman Mike Bronk as Chairperson for Board of Review. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Motion (Dodge/Bronk) to nominate Supervisor Terry Johnson as Vice-Chairperson for Board of Review. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Verify that at least one Board of Review member has met the mandatory training requirements – Clerk Jennifer Zurawski noted that the training requirement was met by Chairman Mike Bronk. Clerk Zurawski signed the assessment affidavit. Assessor Todd Pauls stated that all letters were sent 15 days prior to the meeting and the Clerk posted all the notices prior to the Open Book and Board of Review. Assessor Todd Pauls reported that no complaints were filed but they had a few calls that were resolved over the phone. Clerk Zurawski reported that no complaints were filed. 6. Forms of Objection are heard – No one appeared to contest their assessment. 7. No forms of objection were presented at the Board of Review. Motion to adjourn (Johnson/Dodge) at 7pm.
