New Business:
1. Tourism Grant application update.
2. Discussion/action regarding the proposed purchase of 2 parcels of vacant land from
Maren Langer & Marcus McPherson, purchase price of $40,000. This property is located
on Hwy 35.
3. Covid 19 Grant updates, if any.
4. Discussion/action regarding the proposed 2022 Budget.
5. Zoning Administrator position: Galen Seipel is retiring as the Village’s Zoning
Administrator. Discussion/action regarding hiring someone to fill the ZA position
effective January 2022.
6. Building Inspector position: Discussion/action regarding the appointment of Fred Weber,
Weber Inspections , to assume the Building Inspector position for the Village of
Stockholm.
7. Clerk/Treasurer position: Heidi Krause will be assuming the Clerk/Treasurer position.
Arrangements will be needed in December to move files, filing cabinets and office
equipment and finalize general operations in making a smooth transition.
8. Citizen concerns.
9. Set the date for the December 2021 Board meeting.
10. Adjourn meeting.
