Review of draft submission for the proposed Tourism Capitol Grant application. The application for the Tourism Capitol Grant will include a proposed land purchase and associated costs for construction of a municipal building to house a Community Center, Visitor Information Center, and Village Office, with public restroom and shower facilities. 2. Designation of Harley Cochran, Village President to sign any and all documentation as needed for the Tourism Capitol Grant application. 3.
