Minutes: Town of Stockton Public Hearing Comprehensive Plan/Future Land Use Ordinance Amendment Monday, May 12th, 2025 @ Immediately following the Town Board meeting at 6:30pm Town Hall, 7252 6th St, Custer, WI 54423 1. Call to Order by Chairman Mike Bronk at 7:38 PM. Supervisor Jeanne Dodge, Supervisor Terry Johnson, Treasurer Sandra Walters, Clerk Jennifer Zurawski, and Town Resident Jesse Disher were all present. No members of the public were present. 2. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to open the Public Hearing. Motion carried 3-0. 3. Chairman Bornk stated that he would read through each request on the agenda, minutes and actions taken by the Town of Stockton Plan Commission from Thursday, March 13th, 2025. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to take the recommendation of the Plan Commission board on approval of agenda items #3- #4, since no one from the public was here to contest the requests in this hearing. Motion carried 3-0. Owner – Jesse Disher and Jolene Fink a. (Location 6345 1st Street, Plover, WI 54467) Parcel # 034-23-0931:27.04 Total Acreage – 22.7 acres Future Land Use – L1 (Enterprise Agriculture) Current Zoning A-1 (Exclusive Agriculture) Request – Land use Amendment from L1 to L3 Limited Agriculture/mixed use for 17.7 acres South of Shady Drive of parcel #034-23-0931:27.04 Request to Change Land Use. Land Use Amendment from L1 to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use for Parcel 034-23- 0931:27.04 Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to take the recommendation of the Plan Commission board on approval of agenda line item #3, since no one from the public was here to contest the requests in this hearing. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Owner – Jesse Disher and Jolene Fink a. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to take the recommendation of the Plan Commission board on approval of agenda line item #4, since no one from the public was here to contest the requests in this hearing. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Motion (Dodge/Johnson) to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried 3-0. 6. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to adjourn the public hearing at 7:40 PM. Motion carried 3-0.
