Approved Minutes Town of Durand Regular Board Meeting June 17th, 2026 at 5:15pm Call to Order By Chairman Andy Winkler at 5:20pm Roll Call Chairman Andy Winkler, Supervisor I Mark Weiss, Supervisor II John Wayne, Treasurer Audrey Bauer and Clerk Brittany Myers, 5 present Pledge of Allegiance Everyone stood together for the Pledge of Allegiance Approval of May 12th, 2026 Board Meeting Minutes Minutes of the May 12th, 2026 Regular Board Meeting were read. Motion made by John Wayne and seconded by Mark Weiss to approve minutes. All in favor-3, opposed-0, motion carried. Treasurer’s Report The May Treasurer’s report was presented to the Board by Treasurer Audrey Bauer. Balance on hand as of May 29th, 2026, was $89,777.88. Payment of Vouchers Vouchers presented to the Board for payment by Clerk Brittany Myers, totaled $11,288.46. Motion made by John Wayne and seconded by Mark Weiss for Clerk Brittany Myers to pay vouchers. All in favor-3, opposed-0, motion carried. Chairman’s Reports Chairman Andy Winkler gave an update on the Dorwins Mill Bridge that it has been removed for a few weeks now. Public Comments N/A Rezone Prissel Valley Farms The plan commission approved the rezone of Prissel valley farms. The board approved the rezone as states. Motion made by Mark Weiss and seconded by Andy Winkler. All in favor – 3, opposed – 0, motion carried. Town Credit Cards Chairman Winkler rechecked with the bank on the town credit cards, we will be reapplying for the town credit cards. Clerk Laptop Purchase Clerk will check pricing and bring back quotes to the next meeting. Durand Fire District Meetings Next meeting will take place in Augst Historical Records Matt Sam came and spoke from the Historical society recommending what they would take for historical documents and how we can handle a majority of these documents. They would be interested in housing the meeting minutes and civil wars. They will be taking a look at the remaining of the documents to figure out what to do with them. WTA Unit Meetings No new update Future Agenda Items and Meeting Date The next regular monthly board meeting will take place on Tuesday July 14th, 2026 at 5:00pm.
