Approved Minutes Town of Durand Regular Board Meeting March 10th, 2026 at 6pm Call to Order By Chairman Andy Winkler at 6:00pm Roll Call Chairman Andy Winkler, Supervisor I Mark Weiss, Treasurer Audrey Bauer and Clerk Brittany Myers, 4 present Pledge of Allegiance Everyone stood together for the Pledge of Allegiance Approval of February 11th, 2026 Board Meeting Minutes Minutes of the February 11th, 2026 Regular Board Meeting were read. Motion made by Mark Weiss and seconded by Andy Winkler to approve minutes. All in favor-2, opposed-0, motion carried. Treasurer’s Report The February Treasurer’s report was presented to the Board by Treasurer Audrey Bauer. Balance on hand as of February 27th, 2026, was $96,954.92. Payment of Vouchers Vouchers presented to the Board for payment by Clerk Brittany Myers, totaled $12,431.71. Motion made by Mark Weiss and seconded by Andy Winkler for Clerk Brittany Myers to pay vouchers. All in favor-2, opposed-0, motion carried. Chairman’s Reports Chairman Andy Winkler talked about the Cedar Corp monthly update, discussing the CSM’s, and Steinmeyer Inspections update. Chairman notified all that road bans are on. Public Comments Jim Kraft had a public comment regarding where the CSM is located. Audrey Bauer asked regarding the Dorwin’s Mill project and where that is sitting. They are putting nets up, putting a meeting together with people affected by the bridge. Bridge meeting, discuss the plan etc. Krafts, Chairman Andy Winkler, Hwy commissioner, Corre structural engineer. WTA Unit Meetings They happen every 4 months and Mark Weiss will update the Board with information. Mark Weiss will be attending the next one on 2.12.2026 and will update the board at the March meeting. Website Discussion Clerk Brittany Myers talked regarding the new WIX website that recently went live. The board had a few recommendations to add to the website. Clerk Brittany will meet with J. Nick to get the recommended things updated and learn how to update the website. WTA Unit Meeting N/A Future Agenda Items and Meeting Date The next regular monthly board meeting will take place on Tuesday April 21st, 2026 at 7:30pm.
