1 FINANCE COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS July 1 4 , 2026 The Amery Finance Committee met on July 1 4 , 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 5 :06 p .m . Present: Members Fran Duncanson , Adam Honl and Roger Van Someren . Other ’s Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson , Mayor Rick Van Blaricom , Police Chief Dan Peters, and Holly Carlson Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Adams to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried. 1. City Financials and Budget Update – Clerk-Treasurer Larson provided the committee with June financials including deposit account balances, upcoming payment s , June expenses and some explanations to go with the items. Administrator Mansfield discussed where the City is at in its current budget and its upcoming budget. 2. Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report Technical Review – Administrator Mansfield reviewed the 2025 Annual Financial Statement with the committee. The committee discussed key items from the statement. Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Honl ; to adjourn at 6 :2 7 p .m. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried.
