1 FINANCE COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS June 09 , 2026 The Amery Finance Committee met on June 09 , 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4 :54 p .m . Present: Members Fran Duncanson and Roger Van Someren . Other ’s Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson , Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Gunderson , Rick Van Blaricom, Eric Elkin , Jason Bottolfson and Sharon Marks Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Van Someren to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 2 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried. 1. City Financials and Budget Update – Clerk-Treasurer Larson provided the committee with May financials including deposit account balances, upcoming payment s , May expenses and some explanations to go with the items. Administrator Mansfield discussed where the City is at in the current budget . The committee discussed the information. Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Van Someren ; to adjourn at 5 :26 p .m.
