1 FINANCE COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS May 12 , 2026 The Amery Finance Committee met on May 12 , 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4 :00 p .m . Present: Members Fran Duncanson , Roger Van Someren , and Adam Honl . Other ’s Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson , Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Gunderson , Eric Elkin and Sharon Marks Motion by Honl ; seconded by Duncanson to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried. 1. City Financials and Budget Update – Clerk-Treasurer Larson provided the committee with April financials including deposit account balances, upcoming payment s , April expenses and some explanations to go with the items. Administrator Mansfield discussed where the City is at in the current budget and when the 2027 budget process will begin. The committee discussed the information.
