1 FINANCE COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS April 14 , 2026 The Amery Finance Committee met on April 14 , 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4 :40 p .m . Present: Members Fran Duncanson , Roger Van Someren , and Adam Honl . Other ’s Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson , Mayor Rick Van Blaricom, and Jason Bottolfson Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Honl to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried. 1. City Financials and Budget Update – Clerk-Treasurer Larson provided the committee with March financials including deposit account balances, upcoming payment s , March expenses and some explanations to go with the items. Administrator Mansfield presented the budget projections after the 1 st Quarter is complete. The committee discussed the information.
