Clear Lake Community Club Meeting Minutes December 3, 2018 Meeting was called to order by Tanya-Jo Roth at 7:03 pm Secretary’s Report: November minutes were read, motion to approve 1 st by Lisa Duden with change, Dave Jurisch not Gene Jurisch was present at last meeting, and 2 nd by Tim Wyss. Treasure’s Report: Not available Old Business: Holiday Stroll- Community Center had a fantastic turn out and up town was good and was average. Get prizes out to the winners of the lighting contest. Lisa will be looking into a new way to do the lighting contest like a possible paper ballet, making the voting day later in December, have a committee that does the judging, and have categories. New business: Santa Day – All is going well. Fireworks – Tanya-Jo will order the food/beer, and heat for the Chalet, Ture Duden will get firewood, Joyce will bring the cheese machine and cheese from AFP, Alison got the permits. January meeting : Chairs/Co-chairs – Last years chairs and co-chairs will have the option to give back or keep their event folders for the 2019 event year. Talk about the business council coming to the meetings, whether it is a few members every month (maybe not the same ones everytime) or come to a meeting every quarter (every 3 months) so we know what is going on and get up dates.   Adjourned at 8:10 pm, 1 st motion by Lisa Duden and 2 nd by Joyce Jurisch Next meeting January 7, 2019 at 7:00 pm In attendance: Tanya-Jo Roth, Lisa Duden, Tim Wyss, Rodney Fall, Joyce Jurisch, and Cindy Soderberg
