February 2016 Meeting

Clear Lake Community Club Minutes  February 1st, 2016 7:00 p.m. President Stacy Otis opened the meeting with 8 present. Discussion held on entire walk through of Clear Lake Days events. Need to clear who’s in charge and committees responsibilities for each event and what is needed to support each one. Need clarification on Softball Tournament at Chalet, possible Retail Sidewalk Sale. Many band names were brought in and will be reviewed, calls will be made for availability of the June 23-26 dates. Car show was discussed in length; CLCC will be hosting food vendor for that day on Main Street along with drink. Need sponsor for Car show trophies. Discussed beer pricing, cover charge for entering beer tent if place snow fence around beer tent. Discussion held on individual asking to hold Pow Wow during Clear Lake Days on Saturday. Discussion tabled until individual attend meeting in person. Meeting adjourned. Next meeting will be held at regular meeting time on March 7th 7:00 pm at Community room (old girl’s locker room) in the Community Center. Respectively submitted by Laura Andersen CLCC Secretary
