Convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, investing of public funds, conducting other business whenever competitive and/or bargaining reasons require a closed session and pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of discussing the consideration of employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibilit y, specifically regarding Police Department New Hire. 3.
