Approve minutes from 4/3/2024 meetingMotion was made by Jim Hopp to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Second by Ron Wierzba Motion carried 5-0.3.Update to the Town of Stockton Comprehensive Plan. Kristen Johnson of Portage County Planning and Zoning will be present to outline the process. Discussion will include proper measures to ensure public notice of the process. Motion to keep Introduction and first paragraph, motion first by Ken Rozek, second by Ron Wierzba, motion carried 5-0.4.Kristen to email & mail paperwork before each meeting, members need to jot down any notes, errors, numbers not adding up etc. Public Participation Plan, tell the public so they know of this opportunity to be involved. Get message out, people may come if they want. Kristen to revise Appendix A and send it to the town meeting, second meeting in September.
