Stockton Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes: Town of Stockton Board Meeting Monday, May 13th, 2024 @ 6:30 PM Town Hall, 7252 6th St, Custer, WI 54423 1. Call to order by Chairman Mike Bronk at 6:30pm. Supervisor Jeanne Dodge, Supervisor Terry Johnson, Treasurer Sandra Walters, and Clerk Jennifer Zurawski were all present. There were 0 members of the public present. 2. Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to approve Agenda for Monday, May 13th, 2024. Motion carried 3-0. 3. Motion (Dodge/Johnson) to approve minutes for the Town Board Meeting of April 29th, 2024. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Anyone wishing to Address the Board – No Comment 5. Public Works Update – Chairman Bronk stated that the road crew has been busy crack filling Ridge Rd and Old Hwy 18 getting roads prepared for Fahrner’s and Scotts Construction to begin road work in the Town. Chairman Bronk also stated that the mower has been taken into Jerry’s Small engine for an estimate as it is not working right. 6. Bills/Checks/Void Checks to Approve – Motion (Johnson/Dodge) to approve checks 43840-43876 and ACH transfers 201192-201195. Motion carried 3-0. 7. Clerk’s Report – Clerk Zurawski reported receiving the 2024 Recycling Grant in the amount of $5.278.84. Clerk Zurawski stated that the liquor license renewals were handed out to all the township establishments and that DOR created all new paperwork for this year’s liquor license renewals. Clerk Zurawski suggested canceling the next Town board meeting as it falls on Memorial Day. 8. Correspondence – No Comment 9. Motion (Johnson/Bronk) to adjourn at 6:38pm. Motion carried 3-0.
