How we get it
Bulk Excel download. Nursing facilities are cross-checked against CMS's count of certified Texas nursing homes.
Terms
Public information published by Texas HHSC. robots.txt disallows only *.xml (checked 2026-10-01). Administrator names, owner mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are not collected.
