Two gate that open up to the school age playground that leads to the parking lot did not have anything to prevent children from opening the gate and escaping to the parking lot. Children have access to two laundry rooms that contain cleaning products. In the Pre-K class and in the school age building there is not a lock or child proof cover on the door to prevent children's access to the water heater. Grass was observed growing in the loose fill on the toddler playground which makes the loose fill surfacing non resilient if a child were to fall.
