All identified hazards were fixed at inspection. The two outlet covers were repaired with clear tape so that the sharp edge is not exposed. The sharp edge on the play kitchenette was also covered with tape to prevent the sharp edge from being a risk. The pencil sharpener was removed from the wall. The soap dispenser cover was replaced.
