Under the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, I request copies of the following Child Care Regulation records for UMOS MSHS Alto Bonito Center, 7690 POLO ST, Rio Grande City, TX 78582-9610 (operation ID 1368854, operation number 1716211- 14451), for January 1, 2019 to the present:
