      During a walkthrough, a classroom with a specified age group of 12-17 months was observed during naptime with only one caregiver and 9 children. Ratios may never be reduced for infant children and infants are any child under 18 months. This was corrected at inspection when a second caregiver was asked to step into the classroom.
